Diesel Oxidation Catalyst(DOC)
The Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) uses precious metals such as platinum and palladium as catalysts. Its primary function is to reduce the content of soluble organic fraction (SOF) in particulate matter emissions, thereby lowering PM (particulate matter) emissions. The oxidation principle of DOC is similar to the oxidation of HC and CO in gasoline engine three-way catalytic converters. At the same time, it can effectively reduce HC and CO in the exhaust.The oxidation catalyst can remove up to 90% of SOF, resulting in a 40% to 50% reduction in PM emissions. Its treatment efficiency for HC and CO can reach 88% and 68%, respectively.
Diesel Particulate Filter(DPF)
The Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) utilizes a filtering medium to trap and treat particulate matter (PM) in the exhaust. Periodically, the accumulated PM inside the filter needs to be removed through a process called DPF regeneration. Regeneration is typically achieved by burning the trapped PM.

A: We are a catalyst factory and can provide various types of catalysts. We can produce catalysts for EURO2 - EURO6. This includes honeycomb catalysts for gasoline engines, as well as DOC, DPF, SCR, etc. for diesel engines.

A: We have passed the IATF1649 certification and cooperate with domestic and international automobile brands. The performance of our catalysts can meet the regulatory requirements of different regions.
